Welcome to ConnectWell Consultation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, consultation services, and any digital products purchased through our authorized digital storefronts (including Gumroad, Whop, and other platforms where our products are listed).

"Digital Products" All downloadable templates, SOPs, guides, frameworks, spreadsheets, presentations, checklists, and other digital assets offered for purchase"Digital Stores" Third-party platforms where our Digital Products are sold, including Gumroad, Whop, and other authorized marketplaces"Consultation Services" Advisory, coaching, strategy, or implementation support services delivered virtually or by phone"Free Call" A complimentary 30-minute discovery call. The first 30 minutes are free of charge. Any time beyond 30 minutes will be billed at our standard hourly rate."Services" All offerings collectively, including Digital Products, Consultation Services, and website content

3. Digital Products

3.1 Where to PurchaseOur Digital Products are sold exclusively through authorized digital storefronts including Gumroad and Whop. We do not sell Digital Products directly through our website.3.2 LicenseWhen you purchase a Digital Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use it for your internal business purposes.You may:

Download, customize, and edit for your own business use
Share within your organization (employees, contractors working for you)

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense (in original or modified form)
Share with individuals or entities outside your organization
Upload to public platforms or file-sharing sites
Claim ownership of the original product

4. No Refund Policy

All sales of Digital Products are final. No refunds will be issued.Due to the digital nature of our products, they cannot be "returned" once accessed or downloaded. By completing your purchase, you agree that you will not request a refund for any reason, including change of mind, unsuitability for your business, duplicate purchase, or technical difficulties on your end.Defective Products: If a Digital Product is defective (file corrupted, cannot be downloaded, or does not match the description), we will provide a replacement. Contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. No cash refunds will be issued.

5. Consultation Services

5.1 Free CallWe offer a free 60-minute discovery call. The first 30 minutes are free of charge. If the call exceeds 30 minutes, the additional time will be billed at our standard hourly rate. You will be notified before any charges apply.5.2 Paid SessionsAll paid consultation sessions are non-refundable once delivered.5.3 Cancellation Policy48+ hours - Free rescheduling24-48 hours - 50% of session fee retainedLess than 24 hours - Full session fee forfeitedNo-show - Full session fee forfeited

6. Intellectual Property

All Content—including templates, SOPs, guides, text, graphics, logos, and site design—is the exclusive property of ConnectWell Consultation and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.You retain ownership of custom work you create using our templates, but you do not own the underlying templates themselves.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our Services will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConnectWell Consultation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConnectWell Consultation from any claims arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Platforms

Our Digital Products are sold through third-party platforms (Gumroad, Whop, etc.). We are not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of these platforms. You are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to their terms of service.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our Services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
